Founded in Hamburg in 1954, today our focus is German-Chinese cooperation. Our Staff
We place great emphasis on our professional and cultural competence. That’s why Fritz & Mark is run by a German-Chinese team. The management and board of directors are fully involved in day-to-day business and are ready to assist you in a wide range of matters alongside an experienced team in Hamburg, Hong Kong and Tianjin. Our staff consists of dedicated professionals, specialized in various legal systems (principally Germany and China): Tax Consultants, Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Sworn Auditors (vBP), Lawyers, Certified Public Valuers (CPVs) and Tax Specialists.

As we continue to grow, we are always looking for qualified Tax Consultancy Assistants, Tax Specialists and Tax Consultants. Our team members in Asia and Germany are motivated "all-rounders" (m / f) with an entrepreneurial spirit and interest in providing independent support to international clients.
As Tax Consultancy Assistant or Tax Specialist you are familiar with all functions relating to financial accounting and payroll accounting. Your tasks at Fritz & Mark will include the preparation of tax returns and balance sheets as well as support in tax audits.
As Tax Consultant you will head a young team, working together with demanding international clients. You work independently and think holistically. In addition to advising stock corporations you will work on international projects - for example corporate transactions or restructurings.
